ACTION ALERT – Demand your Legislators get SJR-204 to the floor for a vote!
The Vote Before Tolls initiative (IP-41) was introduced into the Oregon Legislature’s 2022 short session as SJR-204.
But Senate President Courtney and the Joint Transportation Committee co-Chairs Beyer & Noble are NOT allowing it to be heard and voted on!
A yes vote on SJR-204 will move IP-41 directly to the November ballot … and if they vote no we will know where they stand on Vote Before Tolls!

We know the legislators heard us, but unfortunatley they did not get SJR-204 to the floor for a vote before adjourning. We’re back focused on gathering 200k signatures by July 1st, the original plan.
