If you can’t print double sided please contact us for help.
Circulator signature (at the bottom) … that’s YOU!  Make sure the date there is equal to or later than all of the dates above – this is the most common reason we discard petition sheets.
Petitions aren’t due until June 2024, but please return yours as you get them signed. Address is on the back of the petitions.

• Page 1, the signature page, is the only page you need to print on white paper, sign, and return.
• Print as many copies of page 1 as you can get signed by friends, family, and other Oregon voters.
• Oregon does not allow electronic Signatures … petitions must be printed and signed in ink.
• If you want to gather 10 or more signatures please use the button below to request a 10-signature sheet packet.
• Petitions aren’t due until June 2024, but please return yours to the address on the petition as soon as practical.
