The “Download a Petition” button will download the single signer IP-4 petition along with a few informational pages in a PDF file.

• Page 1, the signature page, is the only page you need to print on white paper, sign, and return.
• Print as many copies of page 1 as you can get signed by friends, family, and other Oregon voters.
• Oregon does not allow electronic Signatures … petitions must be printed and signed in ink.
• If you want to gather 10 or more signatures please use the button below to request a 10-signature sheet packet.
• Petitions aren’t due until June 2024, but please return yours to the address on the petition as soon as practical.

Please download the “Petition & Instructions” if this is your first download. If the petitions are not properly filled out we cannot submit them – and we don’t want that to happen.

Oregon does not allow electronic Signatures … they must be in ink on paper.
If you can’t print double sided please contact us for help.
Circulator signature (at the bottom) … that’s YOU!  Make sure the date there is equal to or later than all of the dates above – this is the most common reason we discard petition sheets.
